Circuit outage in southeast Omaha

10:20 a.m.

Power has been restored to all impacted by this morning’s circuit outage in Southeast Omaha.

9:55 a.m.

Our troubleshooters found a failed transformer and are working to make repairs now. They expect to have power restored to all customers by 10:30 a.m., barring any unforeseen problems.

8 a.m.

A circuit outage is impacting about 2400 customers in southeast Omaha. These customers are within the boundaries of Leavenworth Street to Grover Street, between 26th Street and 9th Street.

OPPD troubleshooters are looking for the cause. We will post updates here as we learn more.
